The 102HEPA-Dry HEPA Vacuum offers superior vacuum recovery, ranging from dry, light particulates to heavy debris. Individually tested and certified to have a minimum efficiency of 99.97% at .3 microns based on 1EST-RP-CC001 test requirements.
Our popular 2-hp, 2-stage long-life motor makes this HEPA vacuum a true 'work horse' for heavy duty service in professional abatement work; i.e. asbestos, lead, concrete dust/ silica, etc. The Model 102 offers superior vacuum recovery, ranging from dry, light particulates to heavy debris. High efficiency 'Drop-in' style HEPA filter is individually tested and certified to have a minimum efficiency of 99.97% at .3 microns (based on 1EST-RP-CC001 particle count test method) and meet EPA RRP certification requirements.
Features
- Air seal gasket between the motor head and tanks forms a positive lock fit.
- Polyester pre-filter is located on the bottom of the HEPA filter, and is held firmly in place with Velcro fasteners.
- A Dacron filter bag covers the entire spacer sleeve and HEPA filter for three-stage filtration. Dacron material sheds dust to maintain maximum vacuum efficiency.
- Heavy duty poly tank with vacmobile molded handle and cart for easy transport.

Handle Assembly Guide:
- Remove and carefully set aside motor head and HEPA filter.
- Remove the .250-20x1.25 hex bolt and .250-20 hex nut from the bottom handle support.
- Loosen the hex nuts that secure the clamps on the tank. Slide handle through the two clamps mounted on the tank and onto the handle support.
- Reinstall the bolt and nut through the handle and handle support.
- Tighten the handle clamps and bottom handle support.
Wheel and Caster Assembly Guide:
- Slide rear wheels onto axle of frame. Snap on hub cap covers.
- Insert and push casters into the holes located at the front of the vacmobile metal frame.
- Lock the casters in place with the hub nuts, using a rubber hammer.
Grounding Instructions:
This appliance must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This appliance is equipped with a cord having equipment grounding conductor and grounding plug.
