SENTINEL 24-7 is a low-odor, high-performance coating with Microban® antimicrobial product protection, designed to inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing mold, mildew, and other microorganisms on the coating film. 24-7 can be used on multiple surfaces including, but not limited to, previously painted surfaces, wood, concrete, drywall, plaster, brick and most metals. For those surfaces that require a primer, 24-7 is self-priming and a light precoat will prime these surfaces.
24-7 Clear goes on milky white and dries clear.

Material Preparation
Thoroughly stir and mix coating to achieve an even consistency for spraying, brushing or rolling. Product must NOT be reduced with water or solvents. This product must not be allowed to freeze. Apply in temperatures above 50˚ F.
Surface Preparation
Wash and clean surfaces to remove mold, mildew, grease, dirt and other soils with a suitable cleaning compound like Sentinel 300. Rinse surface thoroughly with water and allow to dry before applying coating. Remove peeling paint, spackle and sand where necessary. Lightly sand all glossy areas. On new, sanded sheetrock surfaces, remove all dust before painting.
Tinting
The white version of this product may be tinted with up to 4 oz. of colorant /per gallon.
Primers
24-7 Premium can be applied on most building materials without priming. If priming is required 24-7 Premium should be used as a primer prior to being used for the finished coat. On sheetrock and plaster, apply one coat to prime, a second coat to cover. If using a separate primer is preferred, 24-7 Premium is compatible with oil or latex based primers. Sand any glossy primer before coating with 24-7 Premium. On metal, use a suitable, rust inhibiting primer.
Product Application
All surfaces must be clean and completely dry before applying. To assure proper antimicrobial protection, it is vitally important that all surfaces be completely coated with 24-7 Premium Coating. For airless applications, use a .015 -.019 tip and maintain a fan size of about 12 inches. Coating applied at 90° to each other ensures a smooth and consistent application.
Dry Time
This product will be dry to the touch in 1 hour and may be recoated in 4 hours.

Applied at 3 mils wet.
Smooth Surfaces: 250 - 400 Sq. Ft.
Porous Surfaces: 150 - 300 Sq. Ft
