Sentinel 24-7 Construction Coating can be utilized in remediation, remodeling and new construction. Ideal for high humidity structural areas, it is an interior/exterior grade coating with excellent water repellency. Sentinel 24-7 CC is a low-odor coating formulated with antimicrobial product protection. It is designed to inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing microorganisms such as mold and mildew on cured coating surfaces.
This economically-priced, high-performance coating inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold and mildew that causes stains and odors on the dried coating surface. A high-quality, acrylic-based product, it can be applied by brush, roller, or sprayer and dries clear. 10 years of testing has been conducted on this product via ASTM D5590 and G21 protocol. It has a 10-year limited warranty. It meets LEED® IEQ Credit 4.2 low-emission materials for paints and coatings.

Material Preparation
Thoroughly stir and mix coating to achieve an even consistency for spraying, brushing or rolling. Product must NOT be reduced with water or solvents. This product must not be allowed to freeze. Apply in temperatures above 50Ëš F.
Surface Preparation
Wash and clean surfaces to remove mold, mildew, grease, dirt and other soils with a suitable cleaning compound like Sentinel 300. Rinse surface thoroughly with water and allow to dry before applying coating. Remove peeling paint, spackle and sand where necessary. Lightly sand all glossy areas. On new, sanded sheetrock surfaces, remove all dust before painting.
Product Application
All surfaces must be clean and completely dry before applying. To assure proper antimicrobial protection, it is vitally important that all surfaces be completely coated with 24-7 Construction Coating. For airless applications, use a .015 -.019 tip and maintain a fan size of about 12 inches. Coating applied at 90° to each other ensures a smooth and consistent application.
Primers
On surfaces such as framing lumber, sheetrock and plaster, apply one coat of this product, it has self-priming properties built in. On new woodwork, use an oil-based primer then coat. On metal, use a suitable, rust inhibiting primer then coat.
Dry Time
This product will be dry to the touch in 1 hour and may be recoated in 4 hours.

Applied at 3 mils wet.
Smooth Surfaces: 250 - 400 Sq. Ft.
Porous Surfaces: 150 - 300 Sq. Ft.
